You ARE NOT AUTHORIZED to distribute, publish and resell your remix on rewarding streaming platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, Amazon Music, YouTube Deezer, YouTube, YouTube Music (and more) or other labels. Distribution, publication and resell must be pre-approved by Paradise Label and the Artist.

2/ Free STEMS Packs from Paradise Label
Music in 21st Century should be an equitable commerce and Paradise Label and its Artists propose to selected DJ/Musicians the following terms of use.

A. DJ/Musician (‘You’) can access to Paradise Label Artist’s Stems (bass, drums, synths, voices or more) on demand for FREE. Contact us and request a 100% discount coupon of the Stems pack of your choice.

B. By accessing to Paradise Label Stems Pack for Free, you can:
– sample, remix and create new songs based on these stems,
– play your remix in public,
– publish your remix on social networks.
We just ask You to feature the Artist’s owner of these Stems on your social networks communication.

3/ WE LIKE YOUR REMIX!
If you are interested, as per your request, Paradise Label will submit your remix/new song to the Artist owner for evaluation and selection. If selected, your remix/song can be published on future album for the Artist or Paradise Label compilation featuring You.

Paradise Label will then share and distribute all revenues (streams & downloads) as follow:
– ‘Paradise Label’: 10%
– ‘You’: 45%
– ‘Artist’: 45%

To ensure your remix is eligible to this business opportunity
– You need to own all samples used in your remix or use free of rights samples
– You need to send me each individual track of your remix for mastering purpose

Conditions of the business opportunity by Paradise Label
– Paradise Label will manage contracts between You, the Artist’s owner of the Stems
